Blackjack Is Like A Wild Ride
Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a wild ride. It’s a game that starts off slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel as though you are slowly getting to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom drops out.
black jack is so much like a wild ride the similarities are spooky. As is the case with the popular amusement park ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going well for awhile before it bottoms out again. You definitely have to be a player who can readjust to the ups … downs of the game given that the game of blackjack is choked full with them.
If you like the mini coaster, one that won’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the mad ride is with a bigger wager, then jump aboard for the crazy ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big spender will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to toss and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you will not naturally recount how much you enjoyed the view while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a great ride … your head in the clouds. As you are recalling "what ifs", you won’t find it easy to recollect how "high up" you went but you will always remember that mortifying drop as clear as day.
