I have gambled on countless of hands of 21. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at chemin de fer. I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar wager
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first $40 bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
