I have played millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or beat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that 21 appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you see gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $20 bet
Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
